Or... How I started Chemo AND launched a Kickstarter at the same time
Everyone has a story. And this one must END.
And this… Has been a long time coming. In previous posts, I’ve laid out a bit of background that has contributed towards this unfortunate delay. Nevertheless, I’m here now, with Silvio Db itching to get busy on the remaining pages.
I am very excited to see this through to THE END. Which brings me to a little side note that I have to throw out there. I have indeed begun chemotherapy and am two weeks into a low dose pill form, I take once a week. I am scheduled to go back for blood work on Wednesday to see if this treatment is having any effect.
You might say that this is kind of a crazy time to launch a kickstarter. And you might be correct. But there is no other option. It is what it is and as I remain relatively asymptomatic, there is no better time than NOW.
